Suele llamarse historicismo a un conjunto de corrientes diversas que coinciden en subrrayar el caracter histórico del hombre. En está linea pueden agruparse autores tan diferentes como Marx o Dilthey, quien afirmará, en este sentido que todo cuanto el hombre es, lo experimenta a través de la historia.
